Everyone is helpful and understanding. My counselor is fantastic; she's thoughtful and helpful. I've had many counselors over the last 35 years and she's without a doubt the best!

Everyone is extreamly nice. At the end of the day it is a business. Sucks, but its the truth. No one likes to see someone suffering get turned away or tapered off. My insurance has covered it and I hope there will not be any surprises. My counselor has fought for me each time I have ran into problems. I was still using at the beginning and was honest about it, he didn't kick me out and rather fought for me to stay. Keep your ducks in a row insurance wise and you'll get good care there.

Nurses are the most genuine group of people I’ve ever met. The staff and counselors are so supportive and there to help however they can! Ignore any negatives you read about this place. Thank you for saving my life!

It's a very friendly place. Staff & security have such a positive attitude. When ever I have questions I can ask anyone. When ever I've needed help and my counselor wasn't available they had someone to help.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Nobody is judgmental. I was so nervous and at the lowest I have ever been. This place saved me. I wanted to die and was researching the best way to end my life. A friend told me about this place and to just give it a try. I am so thankful for everyone there. If you need help this is a good place to get it!!

When your ready to kick your addiction, this place is the best around. I'm my opinion and what I've been helped and treated. The councilors, Nurses, and Doctors are amazing. The front RECEPTIONISTS are very friendly and helpful. Not going to lie. The people that are in line when it opens are very

The nursing staff are very friendly as well as the receptionists and security. As far as their treatment services, I feel like its ran more so like a money making business rather than a treatment for chemical dependency. The conversation to move past medication treatment to be free of drugs never comes up. Money. makes their world go round...not recovered sober addicts.

They need to up their security. My husband brought my son with because I had to work and someone flushed a gun and threatened them. They really need to do something about security for people.

If you want to stop a nasty habit and have the chance to get your life back, this is a great place. You need to understand that this place is overflowing with clients and that it's overpopulated compared to what it should realistically be, given how many members there are on the staff. Everyone that works there is very nice. The front desk is usually always welcoming and the counselors are awesome. Security is always very nice too. In light of overpopulation, you may have to wait in line for up to an hour (personal experience) depending on what time you go, if it's a holiday and depending on how many windows are servicing clients. Usually I am in and out within 5-10 minutes as of late. On average I would say 20-30 min. They have a location in Woodbury as well.

One of the better, methadone/ suboxen treatment facilities that I've been to, However they need to expand or get a larger bldg for the number of clients they currently have and continue to taken in.

I don't know I love ValAllah it's quick and easy to get in and out within a few minutes when you show up at a certain time other than that it helped me kick my addiction and I'm very happy that I got on the program . The staff and doctors are very nice the staff a pretty good my counselor is pretty decent helping me to open my eyes and what I need to do now but yeah it's no hassle on days when you come in at a certain time but when you come in at like 7 a.m. ur in n out and back to your day. I would highly recommend it to ne one that wants stop..

Ive been going here for awhile now and the front desk people and the nurses are all really nice, sometimes there are long lines but most of the times I'm in and out. I HATE MARYKAY! She is such a rude person for no reason. She will cut you off and not let you get a word in while having a conversation. I was very close to having to snap out on her but didn't.. She should be fired from her job.
